Every comp you submit that qualifies for exchange will receive 3x the normal exchange rate.
Rules of Engagement
Rule 1
The more comps you share, the more you get back. Generosity is rewarded with a better exchange rate and access to more data.
Rule 2
Every comp you submit is tied to your verified identity. Submitting false or misleading data may result in a lifetime ban from the platform.
Rule 3
Not all comps are created equal, each comp needs complete information to qualify as a comp eligible for exchange.
Rule 4
The new world rewards those whose default is to share information they have (within reason).
Data Scoring
We know that some comps are more rare and harder to find than others. We set up our scoring system that way.
An Investment Sale comp that qualifies for exchange is any comp with in-place rent purchased on a cap rate basis. Vacant sales do not qualify for exchange.
A Lease Comp that qualifies for exchange must be fully executed by all parties.
