Be Honest

Every comp you submit is tied to your verified identity. Submitting false or misleading data may result in a lifetime ban from the platform.

Be Helpful

Not all comps are created equal, each comp needs complete information to qualify as a comp eligible for exchange.

Be Transparent

The new world rewards those whose default is to share information they have (within reason).

An Investment Sale comp that qualifies for exchange is any comp with in-place rent purchased on a cap rate basis. Vacant sales do not qualify for exchange.
